04 rolesWe're looking for a User Acquisition Account Manager to own advertiser relationships end-to-end — from campaign launch through optimization and growth. You'll manage a portfolio of mobile app advertisers running on Adora DSP, turning performance data into decisions that hit KPIs and scale budgets.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of mobile app advertisers end-to-end, from onboarding and kickoff to ongoing optimization and growth.
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize user acquisition campaigns across our DSP to hit client KPIs (CPI, ROAS, retention).
- Analyze campaign performance across sources, creatives, and geographies — and turn the data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Deliver deep-dive performance reports and lead weekly status calls, QBRs, and performance presentations.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within your portfolio and drive them forward.
- Work closely with our founders and technical team on integrations, attribution setup, and troubleshooting.
- Stay on top of the mobile ecosystem — new channels, formats, and measurement changes — and bring insights to clients.
What you'll bring
- 2+ years of experience in account management, mobile user acquisition, or digital marketing — ad-tech experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with Excel / Google Sheets — you turn raw data into decisions.
- Solid understanding of mobile advertising KPIs (CPI, CPM, eCPA, ROAS, retention) and attribution flows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high-level English (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to manage high-value clients and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

We're looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to drive Adora Media's growth with new advertisers and partners. You'll own the full sales cycle — from identifying prospects and opening doors to negotiating and closing deals — and build the long-term relationships that fuel our DSP.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiation, and closing new advertiser accounts.
- Build and manage a pipeline of mobile app advertisers, agencies, and brands across global markets.
- Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, ad networks, and ecosystem players.
- Represent Adora Media at industry events, conferences, and client meetings worldwide.
- Work with the founding team to shape go-to-market strategy, pricing, and packaging.
- Collaborate with account management to ensure a smooth handover and long-term client success.
- Track market trends and competitor activity, and feed insights back into product and positioning.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in mobile advertising, ad-tech, or programmatic.
- Strong knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem and the UA / programmatic landscape.
- A proven track record of closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High-level English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Self-driven, well-networked, and comfortable working directly with founders.

We're looking for a Senior Sales Executive to lead Adora Media's expansion in the US market. You'll own a high-value book of business, open doors with major mobile advertisers and agencies, and close strategic deals that drive significant revenue for our DSP.
What you'll do
- Own and exceed an aggressive revenue target through new business across the US mobile advertising market.
- Build and close a pipeline of enterprise mobile app advertisers, agencies, and brands.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles — from first meeting to signed IO.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and long-term partnership agreements.
- Represent Adora Media at major industry events and build our brand presence in the US.
- Mentor junior team members and help shape our sales playbook and processes.
- Partner with the founding team on go-to-market strategy for the US region.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong track record in mobile advertising, ad-tech, or programmatic.
- A proven history of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing six-figure deals.
- Deep knowledge of the mobile UA, DSP, and programmatic ecosystem.

We're looking for a Junior Sales Executive to join our growing US sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone hungry to build a career in ad-tech sales — you'll prospect, open conversations with mobile advertisers, and learn the full sales cycle directly from our founders and senior team.
What you'll do
- Prospect and qualify new mobile app advertisers, agencies, and brands across the US market.
- Run outbound outreach — email, LinkedIn, calls — and book meetings for the senior sales team.
- Support the full sales cycle: preparing materials, joining demos, and following up with prospects.
- Maintain and update our CRM with accurate pipeline and activity data.
- Research market trends, target accounts, and competitor activity.
- Grow into owning your own accounts and closing deals as you develop.
What you'll bring
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role — ad-tech or digital marketing experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and confidence reaching out to new prospects.
